A doctor at a well-functioning group practice in the Fairview area is looking to retire in the next few years with the hopes that someone will take over his practice. This opportunity does not require obstetrics, but has the option to do prenatal care and obstetrical delivery. The practice is located within a medical building with lab, X-ray and pharmacy. The clinic has five FPs and eight exam rooms. They are a full service family medicine clinic that see every condition and age range from prenatal to geriatric, and there is an opportunity to perform minor surgeries if the new FP has interest. The retiring FP practices in English and Chinese, and although experience with Chinese is not essential, it would be an asset. The clinic is offering a 70/30 biliing split and has recently transitioned to an EMR though paper charting is still available/possible. The incoming GP will have plenty of clinical and admin support. The retiring FP is also extremely open to locum coverage options for almost any time that would fit an interested FP’s schedule.
EMR: Newly transitioned Med Access, paper charts also available
Remuneration: 70/30 billing split
